The only such course in the country teaching all aspects of cheese making without short cuts over the course of two days. Learn about cultures, rennet, recipes, techniques, ingredients, equipment and facilities. On day one we will produce a gouda type hard cheese, start quark and soft cheeses, which we will finish on day two. An exciting, interactive and fun filled culinary experience.
