In this hands-on baking course Gaby will guide you step-by-step from making your own sourdough starter to successfully baking a range of sourdough breads, pizza bases and more using a variety of grains. Discover the health benefits of freshly milled flour using a grain mill.  Recipes are included and participants will take home their breads made on the day. Includes a gluten-free sourdough!
