Under the guidance of Gaby and Hans you will produce over the weekend sourdough bread, sauerkraut and assorted fermented vegetables, cheese and fermented drinks. Exilarating, educational and a lot of fun. Lots of tastings and recipers supplied.

Fermentation is an ancient method of food preservation and it also provides healthy, nutritious and probiotic foods. Our mission is to make fermentation an intrinsic part of growing, cooking and eating whole and nutritious food. Not only will you learn how to ferment vegetables, make kombucha, kefirs and rejuvelac, Gaby and Hans will guide you through the whole process of baking sourdough bread, making sauerkraut and producing soft cheeses.

All foods and drinks produced can be tasted, recipes will be supplied and some starter cultures and scobys can be taken home.
